Vespasian commercial service terms
These terms govern access to and use of the Vespasian platform.
1. Service scope
Vespasian provides software workflows for Microsoft Entra posture assessment, migration planning, controlled remediation, and compliance evidence tracking.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Maintain secure credentials and authorized administrator access.
- Review high-impact actions and approvals in accordance with internal policy.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform terms.
3. Acceptable use
- No abuse, interference, reverse engineering, or unlawful use of the service.
- No attempts to bypass authorization, usage controls, or platform safeguards.
4. Billing and renewals
Commercial subscriptions, invoicing, renewals, and plan terms are governed by your applicable order form or subscription agreement.
